#### 189 Notice of applications to Tribunal 189 Notice of applications to Tribunal > > (1) The registrar must give the named parties to the application and the relevant association a copy of an application for an order, but not if the application is for an order imposing a monetary penalty. > > > (2) The association must immediately serve a copy of the application on each member of the association other than a member who is a named party to the application.
