#### 187 Interested persons 187 Interested persons > The following persons are interested persons for the purpose of making an application to the Tribunal under this Act— > > > (a) an association or a strata corporation, > > > (b) an officer of an association or strata corporation, > > > (c) a managing agent, > > > (d) an owner of a development lot, neighbourhood lot or strata lot, a person having an estate or interest in a development lot, neighbourhood lot or strata lot or an occupier of a development lot, neighbourhood lot or strata lot.
