#### 178 Internal dispute resolution procedures for schemes 178 Internal dispute resolution procedures for schemes > > (1) An association may establish, by a means it thinks fit, a voluntary process for resolving disputes between any 1 or more owners of lots in, or members of, the scheme, other interested persons, the association, the association committee, the managing agent and the facilities manager. > > > (2) The fact that a person has or has not participated in a voluntary process established by an association, or the fact that a person has done or omitted to do anything in the course of or as a result of a voluntary process established by an association, is not to be considered for the purposes of mediation or other proceedings under this Act and does not prevent mediation occurring, or proceedings being taken, in that case.
