177ZC Administrative review of decision to give compliance notice

177ZC Administrative review of decision to give compliance notice

(1) An association may apply to the Tribunal for an administrative review under the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of the decision to give the association a compliance notice.

(2) The application must be made no later than 28 days after the association receives the notice.

(3) The Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997, Chapter 3, Part 2 does not apply to the application.

(4) In determining the application, the Tribunal must take into account any matter that was required to be taken into account in making the decision to give the compliance notice.
