177ZA Revocation of compliance notice
(1) A compliance notice is revoked if the notice has been complied with.
(2) The Secretary must, when a compliance notice has been complied with, give a written notice to the association given the compliance notice confirming the revocation of the compliance notice.
(3) The failure of the Secretary to give the written notice does not affect the revocation of the compliance notice.
