177L Powers of Secretary—opening or demolishing building work
(1) The Secretary may open up, cut open or demolish building work if the Secretary reasonably believes it is necessary because there is, or there is likely to be, a contravention of section 109.
(2) The power to open up, cut open or demolish building work may be exercised by an appropriately qualified person at the direction of the Secretary.
