#### 92 Interest in association or common property 92 Interest in association or common property > > (1) A resuming authority does not acquire any interest in association property or common property by a resumption of land within a scheme, if— > > > > > (a) the notice of resumption states that the land is excluded from a scheme, and > > > > > (b) the land is not association property or common property. > > > (2) If resumed land is excluded from a scheme, any interest in restricted property attaching to the land is extinguished.
