#### 67 Application to Supreme Court 67 Application to Supreme Court > > (1) An application to the Supreme Court for an order under this Division may be made by— > > > > > (a) an association or strata corporation within the scheme, or > > > > > (b) a member of an association or strata corporation within the scheme, or > > > > > (c) a person with a registered estate or interest in land within the scheme, or > > > > > (d) a resuming authority. > > > (2) If an application for an order is made to the Supreme Court under this Part— > > > > > (a) the Registrar-General must be joined as a party to the application, and > > > > > (b) the Supreme Court may join as a party to the application the local council or any other person, and > > > > > (c) the Supreme Court may, on application or of its own motion— > > > > > > > (i) deal with the application for an order to vary a development contract as if it were an application for an order to terminate the scheme, or > > > > > > > (ii) deal with an application for an order to terminate a scheme as if it were an application for an order to vary a development contract.
