#### 53 Registration of amendment 53 Registration of amendment > > (1) An amendment to a development contract made in accordance with this Part may be registered by the recordings in the Register as the Registrar-General thinks fit. > > > (2) The Registrar-General may refuse an application for registration of an amendment unless— > > > > > (a) it is in the approved form, and > > > > > (b) it bears the approval of the planning authority, and > > > > > (c) it bears a certificate by the association to the effect that the amendment was approved by the association as required by this Part.
