#### 45 Definitions 45 Definitions > In this Act— > > authorised proposal means any part of the proposed development that the developer is permitted by the contract to carry out but cannot, merely because it is described in the contract, be compelled to carry out. > > development concern—see section 55. > > development contract means the instruments, plans and drawings registered with a scheme plan that describe the way in which it is proposed to develop land in the scheme. > > warranted development means any part of the proposed development that the developer is permitted by the contract to carry out and may be compelled to carry out.
