#### 35 Service line provider has benefit of statutory easement 35 Service line provider has benefit of statutory easement > A service provider has the benefit of a statutory easement created in a scheme in relation to a service line if— > > > (a) the service provider provides a service within a scheme using the service line, and > > > (b) the service is provided in accordance with an agreement or, if the service provider is the association for the scheme, in accordance with a management statement.
