#### 33 Meaning of “statutory easement” 33 Meaning of “statutory easement” > For the purposes of this Act, a statutory easement is an easement conferring rights— > > > (a) to provide a service line within a scheme and a service using the service line, and > > > (b) to maintain and repair the service line, and > > > (c) to enter the following land within the scheme and do all things as may be reasonably necessary to exercise the rights referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b)— > > > > > (i) land that includes, or is to include, the service line, > > > > > (ii) land contiguous to the land.
