#### 23 Dealings with association property 23 Dealings with association property > > (1) Association property may be dealt with only in accordance with this Act and the [Community Land Management Act 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2021-007). > > > (2) Association property held by an association as agent— > > > > > (a) for the owner of a development lot or neighbourhood lot, may be dealt with in conjunction with the lot, or > > > > > (b) for a subsidiary body, may be dealt with in conjunction with the subsidiary parcel. > > > (3) A reference in a dealing, caveat or priority notice to a lot is taken to include a reference to association property held by an association as agent in relation to the lot. > > > (4) Subsection (3) has effect without a recording being made in the folio for the association property.
