#### 112 Expiration of initial period 112 Expiration of initial period > > (1) A notification of the expiration of the initial period under a community scheme, precinct scheme or neighbourhood scheme may be lodged with the Registrar-General and recorded in the folio for the association property under the scheme. > > > (2) A notification under subsection (1) must— > > > > > (a) be in the approved form, and > > > > > (b) be executed under seal by the relevant community association, precinct association or neighbourhood association. > > > (3) A notification recorded under this section is, in favour of the Registrar-General, conclusive evidence of the expiration of the initial period.
