#### 108 Registration of amendment of management statement 108 Registration of amendment of management statement > > (1) An amendment made under the [Community Land Management Act 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2021-007) to a management statement may be registered by the recordings in the Register as the Registrar-General thinks fit. > > > (2) The Registrar-General may refuse to register an amendment to a management statement unless it is lodged in the approved form together with the prescribed fee.
