#### 102 Resumption by authority not bound by Act 102 Resumption by authority not bound by Act > > (1) If land is resumed by an authority not bound by this Act and otherwise than in compliance with its provisions, an application may be made under this Act for the affected scheme to be varied or terminated. > > > (2) The application may be made by the association or strata corporation, or any other person, affected by the resumption.
