11 Arrangement or agreement to conduct ballot
The Authority must, as soon as practicable after accepting a CID proposal—
(a) make arrangements to conduct the CID proposal ballot, or
(b) enter into an agreement or other arrangement for one of the following to conduct the CID proposal ballot on the Authority’s behalf—
(i) the New South Wales Electoral Commissioner,
(ii) an electoral services provider.
