Tasmania act
This instrument makes the Community Housing Providers National Law operate as Tasmanian law from 1 January 2014 (s 1). It imports the National Law's regulatory framework for community housing into Tasmanian law.
Community housing providers, their tenants and Tasmanian regulators must follow that framework subject to Tasmania's modifications; the full National Law text is in the NSW Adoption Act appendix and local changes are in the Community Housing Providers National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 (s 2).
