#### 8 Housing Agencies 8 Housing Agencies > For the purposes of the Community Housing Providers National Law (NSW): > > > (a) the Housing Secretary and the Housing Corporation are declared to be Housing Agencies in relation to the definition of community housing asset in section 4 of that Law, and > > > (b) the Housing Secretary is declared to be a Housing Agency in relation to sections 10 (1) (h) and 20 (4) of that Law, and > > > (c) the Housing Corporation is declared to be a Housing Agency in relation to section 15 (2) (c) of that Law. > > **s 8:** Am 2014 No 33, Sch 3.2 \[3\].
