#### 21 Vesting of Housing Agency land in registered community housing provider 21 Vesting of Housing Agency land in registered community housing provider > > (1) The Governor may, by order published in the Gazette, vest land owned by a Housing Agency in a registered community housing provider that is a company registered under the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth. > > > (2) Land is authorised to be included in an order under this section even if the land is subject to other interests. > > > (3) The vesting of the land in the registered community housing provider takes effect: > > > > > (a) on the day specified in the order, or > > > > > (b) if no day is specified in the order or the day specified in the order occurs before the order is published in the Gazette, on the day on which the order is published in the Gazette. > > > (4) Subject to the other provisions of this section, land may be vested by order under this section despite any requirement of any other Act or law that relates to dealing with or disposing of the land.
