47 Scrutiny of determination of prizes

47 Scrutiny of determination of prizes

(1) This clause applies to a gaming activity for which an authority is required.

(2) The determination of prize winners for the gaming activity is to be carried out in the presence and under the supervision of a person who is independent of the person or body conducting the gaming activity and the benefiting organisation (if applicable).

(3) The Secretary may exempt a person or body conducting a gaming activity from the requirement to comply with this clause.
