sec.7 Delegation by local authority
The local authority may delegate to an appropriately qualified person (the delegate ) a function of the local authority under this Act. The delegation may permit the delegate to subdelegate the delegated function to another appropriately qualified person. (sec.7-ssec.1) The local authority may delegate to an appropriately qualified person (the delegate ) a function of the local authority under this Act. (sec.7-ssec.2) The delegation may permit the delegate to subdelegate the delegated function to another appropriately qualified person.
