sec.22 Definitions
In this part— corresponding Minister , of an interstate jurisdiction, means the person who has powers under the corresponding law of the interstate jurisdiction that correspond to the powers of the Minister under this part. interstate law enforcement officer , of an interstate jurisdiction, means a local law enforcement officer within the meaning of the corresponding law of the interstate jurisdiction. local law enforcement officer means a corrective services officer under the Corrective Services Act 2006 or a police officer. local offender means an offender who is subject to a local sentence. Ministerial arrangements means arrangements mentioned section 23 .
