Commonwealth legislation
This Australian Broadcasting Authority determination designates one community radio service and one open narrowcasting radio service for the Ceduna/Smoky Bay area. It records the community service licence number, transmitter specification numbers, and points to technical specifications in attachments.
The ABA makes the allocation under section 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, so the Authority decides the local service categories and technical parameters; operators must comply with the specified transmitter and technical requirements in the attachments to transmit legally.
