After section 7(8) the following subsections are inserted —
“
(8) If, under section 7 of the corresponding FID Act, the Commissioner has delegated a function under that Act to a person, the corresponding function under this Act is taken to have been delegated to the person under this section.
(10) A person who is authorised to perform a function under the corresponding FID Act is taken to be authorised to perform the corresponding function under this Act.
”.
