Section 15 of the Principal Ordinance is repealed and the following sections are substituted:
14A Staff
(1) The Authority may engage such employees as are necessary for the performance of its functions under this Ordinance. (2) The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged under this section (including conditions with respect to the duration of employment or with respect to dismissal from employment) are such as are determined by the Authority with the approval of the Public Service Board.
15 Secretary and Assistant Secretary to Authority
(1) The Authority may appoint a person employed under section 14A to be Secretary to the Authority. (2) The Authority may appoint a person employed under section 14A to be Assistant Secretary to the Authority. (3) The person appointed to be Assistant Secretary to the Authority has and may exercise and perform such of the powers and functions of the Secretary to the Authority as the Authority directs.
