57 Rent increases in relation to prescribed premises

Section 62A of the Principal Ordinance is amended:

(a) by omitting from subsection (8) “by a determination or”;
(b) by adding at the end of paragraph (10)(a) “or”; and
(c) by omitting paragraph (10)(b).
