243 Tenders or quotations to be invited

Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended:

(a) by inserting “, works or services” after “goods” (wherever occurring); and
(b) by omitting “in such manner as is prescribed” from paragraph (2)(b) and substituting “as prescribed”.
