205 Temporary Assistance Authority
Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (2) “subsection (3A) and” after “Subject to”; and
(b) by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsections:
(3A) The Governor‑General may, under subsection (2), appoint the person who holds the office of Commissioner for Petroleum Products Pricing as the full‑time member of the Authority, and nothing in this Act operates to prohibit such a person carrying out the duties of the office of Commissioner for Petroleum Products Pricing. (3B) Notwithstanding section 6 as it applies by virtue of subsection (3) of this section, the person who holds the office of full‑time member of the Authority may be appointed to, and may carry out the duties of, the office of Commissioner for Petroleum Products Pricing.
