146 Protection in respect of reports
(1) Section 306B of the Principal Act is amended: (a) by omitting from subsection (1) “an Official Receiver” and substituting “the trustee of the estate of a bankrupt”; and (b) by omitting from subsection (1) “19(1)(c)” and substituting “19(1)(c) or (g)”. (2) Notwithstanding the amendments of section 306B of the Principal Act made by subsection (1) of this section, that section of the Principal Act continues to apply, after the commencement of this section, in relation to reports prepared in pursuance of paragraph 19(1)(c) of the Principal Act before the commencement of this section.
