5 Time
In this instrument, a reference to time as it relates to an individual is a reference to: (a) unless another paragraph of this section applies—the legal time in the State or part of the Commonwealth in which the individual is located; or (b) if the individual is located in Norfolk Island or Lord Howe Island—the legal time in Sydney; or (c) if the individual is located in the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands or the Territory of Christmas Island—the legal time in Perth.
