Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This proclamation fixes an administrative error from the 2010 federal election.

Some eligible voters who enrolled or updated their name or address before the 8pm deadline on election day (26 July 2010) were accidentally left off the official voter list (the "certified list of voters") due to a processing mistake.

The document directs the Electoral Commissioner to correct the official roll and add these voters back on, ensuring they don't lose their right to vote because of a paperwork error.
