17 Special meetings
(1) Special meetings of the members of a trust board may be convened by the secretary, or by any member of the trust board, on 24 hours notice of the time and place of a meeting being given to each member of the trust board.
(2) No business may be transacted at a special meeting other than the business specified in the notice.
