#### 54 Powers of inspection etc 54 Powers of inspection etc > > (1) The Minister, or any person authorised by the Minister, may: > > > > > (a) enter a common or the premises of a trust, and > > > > > (b) carry out an inspection of the common or those premises, and > > > > > (c) require any person on that common or on those premises whom the Minister or person so authorised reasonably believes to have custody or control of records of the trust to produce them for inspection. > > > (2) If any part of the premises of a trust is occupied by a person for residential purposes, the power conferred by subsection (1) may be exercised in relation to that part only with the consent of its occupier.
