30 Keeping of records by a trust
> > (1) A trust must keep its accounting and other records at its principal place of administration, unless the Minister approves some other place at which those records may be kept, in which case the trust may keep those records at that other place.
>
> > (2) A commoner is entitled at all reasonable times to inspect without charge the accounting and other records of the trust on whose commoners’ roll the commoner’s name appears.

> > (3) If:
> >
> > > (a) a member of a trust board, or of a local authority that is managing the trust’s affairs, or
> >
> > > (b) an employee of the trust,
> >
> > obstructs a commoner who is seeking to exercise the right conferred by subsection (2), the member or employee is guilty of an offence.
