7 Arrangements relating to staff
(1) [Section 7 Subsection (1) amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] A Commission may arrange with the Head of a State Service Agency for the services of State Service officers and State Service employees employed in that Agency to be made available to it.
(2) A Commission may arrange with an authority of the Commonwealth or another State for the services of officers or employees in the public service of the Commonwealth or State, or of the authority, to be made available to it.
(3) In subsection (2) another State includes a Territory of the Commonwealth.
