32 Fines for contempt
[Section 32 Amended by No. 4 of 2011, s. 36, Applied:01 Jun 2011] If the Supreme Court imposes a fine on a person for contempt of a Commission, Part 4 of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 applies in relation to the payment of that fine as if it were a fine imposed under section 7 of the Sentencing Act 1997 .
