79 Application for approval to transmit before start of simulcast period
A holder for a regional licence area may apply to the ACMA for approval to transmit a commercial television broadcasting service in digital mode in the area, or a part of the area:
(a) on or after 1 January 2001; and
(b) before the start of the simulcast period for that area.
