8A Application for accreditation (1) A person may apply to the Director for accreditation. (2) The application must: (a) be in the approved form; and (b) contain the information that the Director requires to be provided; and (c) if the applicant is a body corporate – specify each responsible person for the body corporate; and (d) be accompanied by any prescribed fee.
