41 Conditions of motor omnibus licence (1) A motor omnibus licence shall be subject to such conditions, if any, (3) The Director may require the holder of a licence to return it to the Director for a replacement certificate to be issued specifying new or (4) Without limiting subsection (1), the Director may impose conditions relating to any of the following: (a) the safety of vehicles operating under the licence; (b) notification, display and publication of fares; (c) relief requirements in the event of disruption of services.
