39 Motor omnibus licence (1) Subject to this Act, a person who proposes to operate a motor omnibus shall, before commencing the operation, hold a motor omnibus licence. (2) An application for a motor omnibus licence shall be made on an approved form accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
