38M Consideration of application section 38L(2) and may, subject to this Act: (2) For subsection (1), the Director may require an applicant to provide further information. (3) The Director must not grant a courtesy vehicle licence to a person who is not accredited at the time the licence is granted.

Commercial Passenger (Road) Transport Act 1991 33 (4) The Director must not grant a courtesy vehicle licence to a person unless, at the time the licence is granted, the courtesy vehicle Act 1949 in the name of the person.
