38K Minibuses may use bus stops outside route service hours driver of a minibus that is available for hire may park or stand the minibus in a bus stop in an urban service area outside route service hours. (2) The driver of a minibus who parks or stands the minibus in a bus stop other than in accordance with subsection (1) commits an offence.
