37D Consideration of application section 37C(2) and may, subject to this Act: (3) The Director must not grant a limousine licence if the applicant was not accredited at the time of the application. (4) The Director must not grant a limousine licence to a person unless, at the time the licence is granted, the limousine endorsed on the licence is registered under the Motor Vehicles Act 1949 in the name of the person.
