26A Taxis may use bus stops outside route service hours driver of a taxi that is available for hire may park or stand the taxi in a bus stop in an urban service area outside route service hours. (2) The driver of a taxi who parks or stands the taxi in a bus stop other than in accordance with subsection (1) commits an offence.
