24A Representation
(1) The parties may appear or act in person, or may be represented by
another person of their choice, in any oral hearings under section 24.
(2) A person who is not an Australian legal practitioner does not commit
an offence under, or breach the provisions of, the Legal Profession
Act 2006 or any other Act merely by representing a party in arbitral
proceedings in the ACT.
Note There is no equivalent of this section in the Model Law.
