33C Application of legal costs legislation
> > (1) For the purposes of section 33B (5), the costs of an arbitration are to be assessed in accordance with the legal costs legislation (as defined in section 3A of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-016)).

> > (2) The legal costs legislation applies accordingly with any necessary modifications. Part 7 of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-016) so applies as if the costs of the arbitration were ordered costs as defined in that Part.
