24A Representation
> > (1) The parties may appear or act in person, or may be represented by another person of their choice, in any oral hearings under section 24.

> > (2) A person who is not an Australian legal practitioner does not commit an offence under or breach the provisions of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) or any other Act or law merely by representing a party in arbitral proceedings in this State.
