#### 95 Disclosure of criminal intelligence information 95 Disclosure of criminal intelligence information > > (1) The Commissioner of Police or any other police officer is not, under this or any other Act or law, required to give any reasons for determining a matter or taking other action under this Act if the giving of those reasons would disclose the existence or content of any criminal intelligence report or other criminal information. > > > (2) The Authority is not, under this or any other Act or law, required to give any reasons for determining a matter or taking any other action under this Act if the giving of those reasons would disclose the existence or content of any criminal intelligence report or other criminal information provided by the Commissioner of Police or any other police officer.
