#### 92 False or misleading information 92 False or misleading information > A person must not provide any information or produce any document that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular, in connection with any of the following— > > > (a) a request, notice or direction under this Act or the regulations by the Authority, the Commissioner of Police or a combat sport inspector, > > > (b) an application under this Act, > > > (c) a medical examination or medical record books under this Act, > > > (d) a serological clearance. > > Maximum penalty— > > > (a) in the case of a corporation—200 penalty units, or > > > (b) in the case of an individual—100 penalty units.
